PR Assessment

PR Bronze Coaching Session:

Consultation services for assistance with problem-solving, tie-breaking or refreshing PR strategic advice.

PR Silver Sessions:

Six month contract with two one-hour phone calls per month.

First Month: Provide assessment of PR services needed.  

Second Month: Strategic Planning: provide a plan template which includes measurable objectives and appropriate evaluation to assess success.

Third-Sixth Month: Coaching to develop, implement & evaluate the plan.

 

Modules may include:

  • Client/Member/Donor/Investor Relations - how to communicate with key constituencies in the most effective manner to further relations
  • Media Relations - how to work with the media, how to deal with the media, message development and delivery: learning the art of staying on message while  answering reporters’ questions
  • Public Affairs - connecting to public officials, community leaders, business neighbors
  • Events - most effective use of events, either as client outreach, community relations, corporate philanthropy or publicity
  • Publicity - promotional tactics including events, communications, traditional and social media, industry sources, and promotional items
  • Issues Management/Crisis Planning - preparation to prevent a crisis or managing a crisis

 

PR Platinum Plan Sessions 

In addition to assessment and bi-weekly updates over the course of a year, this plan includes an in-person half day planning retreat and assistance in writing material.

 

Executive Workshop:

PR elements overview, planning templates and hands on instruction in PR plan implementation.
